On February 17, 2026, Demonstration School of La-or Utis, Nakhon Nayok, held a Chinese New Year event under the theme \u201cHappy Chinese New Year 2026.\u201d The activity aimed to provide students with opportunities to learn about and experience Chinese culture in a creative way, enhance their understanding of cultural diversity, develop creative thinking, and foster an international perspective alongside joyful collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event featured activities designed to suit the developmental stages of students at each level, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
* Nursery\u2013Kindergarten 1 students participated in Chinese character stamping, creating the word \u201cGood Fortune.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
* Kindergarten 2\u20133 students joined a light clay modeling activity based on the Chinese zodiac for 2026 (Year of the Horse).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
* Primary 1\u20132 students enjoyed making Peking (Beijing) opera masks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
* Primary 3 students learned about the meaning and significance of \u201cred envelopes\u201d (angpao).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
* Primary 4\u20136 students took part in crafting Lucky Chinese Knots using yarn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
