Suan Dusit University and the Office of SMEs Promotion (OSMEP) continued their business and marketing training under the “Thailand Food Therapy Festival” project, bringing in Dr.Chanchana Siripanwattana, Manager of Suan Dusit Home Bakery, to speak on food sanitation.

Her session, “Street Food Smart: Food Sanitation for the Modern Entrepreneur,” covered ground well beyond basic cleanliness. Dr.Chanchana Siripanwattana walked participants through modern food-safety systems and how new management thinking can be applied to build safety standards that actually hold up in practice, something she framed as key to earning customer trust and adding real value to a food business today.

The room stayed lively throughout, with entrepreneurs asking questions and swapping views on quality control, hygiene standards, and how to put the ideas into practice back at their own stalls.

Organizers hope the session leaves vendors better equipped to run street food businesses that meet both quality and safety standards at the highest level.
