Suan Dusit University showcases its strategic prowess behind the global Charleston Conference Asia 2026
Suan Dusit University partnered with iGroup (Asia Pacific) Limited to facilitate the prestigious international academic symposium, “Charleston Conference Asia 2026.” This landmark event convened librarians, publishers, and information experts from across the globe to deliberate on critical issues, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) in library services, equity in research access, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Asst. Prof. Thipsuda Kitloed, Director of the Academic Resource and Information Technology Center (ARIT) at Suan Dusit University, alongside the organizing committee, spearheaded essential operations. Their responsibilities encompassed strategic communication, coordination, public relations, and multimedia production. Furthermore, they managed comprehensive technical infrastructure, including computer systems, online platforms, databases, and peripheral equipment.
ARIT and the Public Relations Department served as the primary units executing these duties. Their contribution effectively demonstrated Suan Dusit University’s readiness in digital infrastructure and media excellence. This collaboration not only strengthened global networks but also reflected the university’s professional image on an international stage. The Charleston Conference Asia was held from January 26 to 28, 2026, at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel, Bangkok.
