Suan Dusit University, Suphanburi Campus, organized a knowledge transfer activity on the conservation and utilization of Suphan Buri Hom Mali rice by leading staff and students to participate in rice planting at local paddy fields in Suphan Buri Province.

The activity was led by Dr. Waranee Wetsunthornเทพ, Vice President for Suphanburi Campus, under the Plant Genetic Conservation Project under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (RSPG–SDU) for the Fiscal Year 2026. The initiative is part of the Wellness Promotion Project through the sustainable conservation and utilization of Suphan Buri Hom Mali rice. The activity aimed to transfer knowledge on conservation and practical use of rice cultivation, with staff and students from Suphanburi Campus participating in rice planting at Kamnan Sawang Upan Farm, Phai Khwang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Suphan Buri Province, on Monday, March 2, 2026, and at Kamnan Sumet Chimphat Farm, Sanam Khli Subdistrict, Mueang District, Suphan Buri Province, on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 07:30 to 11:30 hrs.
