Bachelor of Science Program in Nutrition and Culinary Arts for Fitness and Anti-Aging Organizes Activity on Developing Future Nutritionists and Chefs through Digital Media and AI

The Bachelor of Science Program in Nutrition and Culinary Arts for Fitness and Anti-Aging, School of Culinary Arts, Suan Dusit University, organized Activity 2 under the Student Development and Learning Skills Enhancement Project, titled “Developing Future Nutritionists and Chefs through Digital Media and AI.”

The activity aimed to enhance students’ potential by integrating digital media and artificial intelligence (AI) into learning and professional skill development. It was honored by a guest lecture from Dr. Suktip Suksai, Professional-Level Administrative Officer from Suan Dusit Poll, who delivered a session on “Overview and Roles of AI in Nutrition and Food Careers, Application of AI for Content Creation and Professional Work, and the Use of AI to Enhance Learning Efficiency and Career Readiness.”

The activity was held on February 6, 2026, at Room Sci 302, Golden Jubilee (50th Anniversary) Building of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn, Science Center, Suan Dusit University.
