The Innovation Driving Center, Faculty of Management Science, Suan Dusit University, held a meeting with the Office of Academic Resources to integrate a short training program into the university’s MOOCs platform. The program focuses on “Creating Food Innovation from Cultural Wisdom toward Sustainable Business Development” under the concept: “Future Food + Local Wisdom Ingredients = Good for Health & the Environment,” in collaboration with the Federation of Thai Industries.
This summary highlights activities from meetings held over the past year. The Innovation Driving Center, Faculty of Management Science, Suan Dusit University, led by Dr. Amornrat Ruangsakul (Thai Traditional Medicine Practitioner), Vice Chair of the Innovation Driving Center and program lecturer for the Bachelor of Communication Arts in Innovative Communication and Entrepreneurship, together with the center’s committee members, convened a meeting with Assistant Professor Thipsuda Kidlert, Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology.
The purpose of the meeting was to incorporate the short course on food innovation—developed from local wisdom into sustainable business applications—into the university’s MOOCs system. The program, titled “Future Food + Local Wisdom Ingredients = Good for Health & the Environment,” is jointly organized with the Federation of Thai Industries. The meeting took place on July 3, 2025.
