Trang Education Center Holds Workshop on Commercial Seasoned Squid Ink Sauce Development

On June 13, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., Mr. Boonseng Losathapornpipit, Chief Executive of Trang Provincial Administrative Organization, together with executives from Trang PAO, presided over the opening ceremony of the workshop on knowledge transfer for developing commercial seasoned squid ink sauce under the zero-waste concept.

Dr. Songsakda Chayanukro, Director of Suan Dusit University, Trang Education Center, welcomed the guests and participants. The target group included entrepreneurs and related participants.

The workshop was organized by Suan Dusit University, Trang Education Center, to further develop seasoned squid ink sauce for use in food-related careers. The activity aimed to help participants apply the product in various food businesses and respond to current consumer needs.

The speakers included Ajarn Chatchaya Raktabut, Asst. Prof. Dr. Naruemon Nantharak, Asst. Prof. Dr. Supaporn Sompaiboon, Asst. Prof. Sawitree Kansanuk, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Sorowee Wisutthiphaet.

The workshop was held at Dusit Trang Meeting Room and the International Food Training Center, Suan Dusit University, Trang Education Center.
