Suan Dusit University and TDGA Hold IT Service Management Training
The DGA307 course on IT Service Management was run through cooperation between Suan Dusit University and Thailand Digital Government Academy, or TDGA, under the Digital Government Development Agency.
Government officers and public-sector staff joined the course to strengthen their digital work skills. The training dealt with IT service systems, service planning, and ways to use digital service management in daily organizational work.
Asst.Prof. Thipsuda Kitlert, Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, welcomed the participants and opened the program. She also gave a special lecture on digital technology service management.
Several speakers joined the course and shared knowledge on IT service work. Asst.Prof. Dr. Ua-aree Janthon and Asst.Prof. Dr. Chanin Thitipetchakul talked about good practices in digital technology services, digital services in organizations, AI in IT Service Management, and process design for improving public-sector service quality.
Mr. Kamphon Fahpinyo from PowerBitZ Co., Ltd. spoke about incident management, digital standards, and service-level agreements, or SLA.
Acting Sub Lt. Dr. Sarit Thanyakijjanukij, expert committee member of the Faculty of Nursing, Praboromarajchanok Institute, gave a session on laws, policies, and standards for digital management.
The first group of the IT Service Management training course was held from June 23 to 26, 2026, at Crystal Room 3–4, 3rd Floor, Century Park Hotel, Bangkok.
