SDU Welcomes Chitralada Institute Study Visit

Chitralada Technology Institute sent a group over to Suan Dusit Home Bakery this week, just to see how things run there.

Ake Sapsin took them around. He teaches food production and service technology over at the School of Culinary Arts, and spent the visit walking everyone through the bakery’s day-to-day.
