Coffee Chat #3 with the President: Thai Kitchen to World Kitchen

Round three of “Coffee Chat with the President” landed on a topic close to Suan Dusit’s own identity: taking Thai cooking global. Assoc.Prof.Dr.Sukhum Chaloeisap, who advises the president directly, put the series together and handed the floor over to Asst.Prof.Dr.Pitauk Chancharoen himself, letting the university’s top administrator talk through where Thai culinary education could go from here.

People could join either way — show up in person on the 5th floor of the University Office Building, or log into Zoom from wherever they were. Either way, the conversation ran an hour, 10.30 to 11.30, Tuesday morning, July 21.
