“Lunch Project 1 (Suan Dusit Kitchen)” Office of Business Affairs Serves Fine Dining Menu Under Thai Kitchen 2026: Crafted Food Tech Accelerator Program, Organized by NIA and Kasetsart University

Suan Dusit University’s Office of Business Affairs ran its “Lunch Project 1 (Suan Dusit Kitchen),” serving a Fine Dining-style meal as part of the Thai Kitchen 2026: Crafted Food Tech Accelerator Program, an initiative from the National Innovation Agency (NIA) in partnership with Kasetsart University. Chef Paul, Instructor Phong-anan Sirisaengpraiwan of the School of Culinary Arts, took the lead on crafting the menu.

The dishes drew directly from raw materials and innovative food products developed by 12 entrepreneurs under the Thai Kitchen 2026 program. Chef Paul transformed all 12 products into a complete tasting menu — eight courses in total. Students from the School of Culinary Arts and the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management pitched in as well, gaining hands-on experience with food preparation and service as part of the broader Thai Kitchen 2026: Crafted Food Tech Accelerator Program.

The event ran July 24, 2026, in the Rattakosin Auditorium, 1st Floor, Suan Dusit University.
