School of Tourism and Hospitality Holds New-Generation Graduate Program Session on “Food Design for Green Campground Business”

Suan Dusit University’s School of Tourism and Hospitality conducted instruction under the New Generation Graduates and Manpower Development Program, established in line with Thailand’s higher education reform policy. Offered as a non-degree certificate track within the quality and sustainable tourism industry group, the course “The Art and Science of Bio Innovative Tourism and a Green Campground Business” featured Module 3: BCG and Food and Beverage Design for Campground Business, with a session titled “Food Design for Green Campground Business.”

The session was held on July 11-12, 2026, at Food Laboratory 10305, Building 10, 3rd Floor, Suan Dusit University.
