Office of Strategy and Planning Holds 3rd Meeting of the Institutional and University-Level Education Quality Assurance Subcommittee

Dr. Suwitcha Niamson chairs the subcommittee that handles education quality assurance at both the institutional and university level, and on August 3 she led its 3rd meeting of the year. Her full title is Assistant to the President for Quality Development toward Excellence.

A few items were on the table. Committee members looked over a draft order for appointing this year’s Internal Quality Assessment Committee, covering the 2025 academic year. They also went through a proposed schedule — the university-level assessment is set for September 9-10, 2026, right at Suan Dusit — and a draft Self-Assessment Report (SAR) for that same academic year.

The meeting ran partly in person at the Office of Strategy and Planning, with a Zoom link open for anyone joining remotely.
