Department of Culinary Technology and Service, School of Culinary Arts, Suphanburi Campus Holds Teaching Activities in Semester 1, Academic Year 2026, for Cohort 68 and Cohort 69 Students
Over at the Suphanburi Campus, the Culinary Technology and Service program (part of the Bachelor of Science track at the School of Culinary Arts) ran a set of teaching sessions for its Semester 1 students this year — both the Cohort 68 and Cohort 69 groups. Instructor Jaruek Sri-arun, known around campus as Chef Jaruek, came in to lecture and demonstrate.
For the European Cuisine course, covering both lunch and dinner dishes, he showed the class how to make Poached Fish with Béarnaise Sauce and Pomme Duchesse Potato, along with Sea Bass with Beurre Blanc Sauce. Then, switching over to the Ingredient Selection course, he demonstrated a Beef Steak with Potato Rösti and a Beef Stroganoff.
It all happened on Monday, August 3, 2026, running from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the 4th-floor culinary lab of the Waew Thiang Tham Building at Suan Dusit University’s Suphanburi Campus.
