Suan Dusit University and the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission Office (OTEPC) Strengthen Administrators’ Capabilities, Opening a Learning Space with Doctoral Students

On August 15, 2026, Suan Dusit University’s Human Capital Development Center, together with the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission Office (OTEPC), held a training course titled “Developing Civil Servants to Prepare for Middle-Level Management Positions.”

The program brought in a notable lineup of speakers. Mr. Chuan Leekpai, former Prime Minister and former President of the National Assembly, spoke on civil service discipline and corruption prevention. Associate Professor Dr. Ngamprawee Sumnuek, Dean of the School of Law and Politics, led a session on integrated learning and reflective thinking. Mr. Wan Muhamad Noor Matha, Advisor to the Prime Minister and former President of the National Assembly, addressed ethics for administrators. Associate Professor Dr. Pornchanit Kaewnet, Vice President for Academic Affairs, closed out the day with a session connecting leadership lessons to administrative decision-making.

Together, the sessions wove discipline, ethics, and sound decision-making into a single throughline — building administrators who lead with integrity and good governance in mind. Doctoral students took part throughout, exchanging ideas with participants over the course of the training.
