Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Holds Wai Kru Ceremony under the Project “Humanities Honoring Teachers: United in Faith, Revering the Wisdom of Our Mentors”

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Dusit University, organized a Wai Kru Ceremony under the project “Humanities Honoring Teachers: United in Faith, Revering the Wisdom of Our Mentors.”

The ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yutthapong Leelakitpaisan, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, who delivered the opening remarks. The event was also honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Patcharee Suankaew, Vice President for Student Affairs, who offered words of encouragement to the students and performed a ceremonial blessing of the books.

Activities during the event included the traditional Wai Kru ceremony, student performances, and a Wai Kru tray contest with themes of traditional design, creative innovation, and environmental preservation. In addition, certificates of recognition were presented to students with outstanding academic achievements and those who demonstrated exceptional extracurricular involvement.

The event took place on Monday, September 15, 2025, from 08:00 to 12:00 hrs. at Raktakanit Building, 2nd Floor, Suan Dusit University.
