School of Culinary Arts Presents Skill Certificates and Concludes Non-Degree Program under Thailand’s Higher Education Reform Policy 2025
The School of Culinary Arts, Suan Dusit University, organized a Skill Certificate Presentation Ceremony and closing event for the New Breed Graduates and Competent Workforce Production Project in the Manufacturing Sector, aligned with Thailand’s Higher Education Reform Policy 2025. The initiative focused on two non-degree programs: Food Design for Health Promotion and Anti-Aging and Enhancing Hospitality Workforce Competency for Health-Oriented Services.
As part of the program, participants visited Smart Nine Farm and attended a special lecture titled “ORGAN: From Seed to Healthy Plate” delivered by Ms. Ancharee Aswavimol (Tae), owner of Organ by Smart Nine Farm. Following the lecture, Asst. Prof. Lt. Dr. Thanapat Saengrungreung presided over the certificate presentation and formally closed the program.
The ceremony also featured a project performance report by Ms. Thitima Kaewmanee, Associate Dean of the School of Culinary Arts, and a testimonial from a participant sharing their impressions. Distinguished guests, including Dr. Chanchana Siriphanwattana, Manager of Suan Dusit Home Bakery, Ms. Thitima Kaewmanee, Associate Dean of the School of Culinary Arts, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thita Fuphao, Chair of the Bachelor of Science Program in Nutrition, Culinary Arts for Health and Anti-Aging, joined in extending their congratulations.
The event was held on September 28, 2025, at Kahla Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Suan Dusit Place Hotel, Suan Dusit University.
