The Processed Food Operations Project, Suan Dusit University, Donates Ready-to-Eat Meals to Channel 5 to Support Flood-Affected Communities in Southern Thailand

On December 2, 2025, the Food Processing Project of Suan Dusit University contributed ready-to-eat meals from the university’s “Ready-to-Eat Food Support Project” to the people in Southern Thailand, channeling their support through the Royal Thai Army Television Channel 5 (TV5).

The donation was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanokkarn Veerakul, Assistant to the President and Manager of the Food Processing Project, along with staff and students. They jointly donated 1,800 sets of high-quality and safe ready-to-eat meals, including Beef Massaman and Chicken Massaman (HALAL-certified), as well as 100 jars of cookies from Suan Dusit Home Bakery.

The donation was received and handed over by Lieutenant General Chaisit Pavasuttikul, Advisor to the Director-General of the Royal Thai Army Television Channel 5 (TV5). This relief effort was conducted under the “Royal Thai Army by Channel 5 Unites to Aid Disasters” project, which aimed to send concern and kindness through TV5 to flood victims to help them quickly overcome the crisis.

The Food Processing Project, which has consistently supported the alleviation of people’s suffering during crises, delivered this donation at the Benjarangsarit Building, Royal Thai Army Television Channel 5. They conveyed their continuous encouragement and concern to all areas affected by various situations.
