The Processed Food Operations Project organizes experiential learning activities for the “Food and Nutrition” course in the second semester of academic year 2025

The Processed Food Operations Project organized experiential learning activities for the Food and Nutrition course during the second semester of the 2025 academic year. The program featured a series of learning stations, including waste separation, eco-friendly packaging, and food safety and sanitation.

The project also included a special lecture entitled “Food Farm…Future,” delivered by Mr. Waris Kaewphakdee (Ris), a farm café entrepreneur and owner of Green Ville Farm Café.

The activities were held on December 11, 2025, at Rak Tanit Auditorium, 1st Floor, Suan Dusit University.
