The Processed Food Operations Project organized experiential learning activities for the Food and Nutrition course during the second semester of the 2025 academic year. The program featured a series of learning stations, including waste separation, eco-friendly packaging, and food safety and sanitation.
The project also included a special lecture entitled “Food Farm…Future,” delivered by Mr. Waris Kaewphakdee (Ris), a farm café entrepreneur and owner of Green Ville Farm Café.
The activities were held on December 11, 2025, at Rak Tanit Auditorium, 1st Floor, Suan Dusit University.
