The Environmental Center, Faculty of Science and Technology, Conducts ‘Food Handler’ Training for Vendors and Staff of Wat Pa Lelai Market

The Environmental Center of the Faculty of Science and Technology, led by Director Dr. Bhorntida Thepprasit, organized a specialized “Food Handler” training session for vendors and staff at Wat Pa Lelai Market. The primary objective was to empower food operators and handlers with a comprehensive understanding of food sanitation, ensuring correct practical application and full compliance with legal food safety regulations. This initiative was part of the project titled “Environmental Management of ‘Must-See’ Markets and Tourist Destinations at Wat Pa Lelai Worawihan for Sustainability.”

The event featured distinguished guest speakers, including Ms. Khanittha Sunopakhunsri, Senior Public Health Officer from the Suphan Buri Provincial Public Health Office; Ms. Nantiyanee Kaewreung, Head of Public Health Administration; and Ms. Nam-oy Phayap, Senior Sanitation Officer from the Suphan Buri City Municipality. The training took place on December 29, 2025, at the Kuti Nen Kaew Meeting Room, Wat Pa Lelai Worawihan, Suphan Buri Province.
