“Faculty members and students of Suan Dusit University, Trang Campus, were honored to participate in Trang Christian School’s ‘Opening the Door to Chinese Culture: Good luck in the Year of the Horse’ Chinese New Year Festival 2026.”
On February 16, 2026, faculty members and students from the Culinary and Service Technology Program at Suan Dusit University, Trang Campus, were invited by the Foreign Languages Department (Chinese Program) of Trang Christian School to take part in the 2026 Chinese New Year Festival. The event was held under the theme “Opening the World of Learning Towards the Silk Road: China–Thailand Relations.”
As part of the activities, the team organized Activity Base 4: Chinese Cuisine (Chinese dumpling making), where they shared knowledge of Chinese cooking, demonstrated dumpling preparation, and guided students in crafting red envelopes. The event was also joined by Ajarn Jiang Peng Qiao from the Confucius Institute at Suan Dusit University, Suphan Buri.
In addition, the team conducted public relations for undergraduate admissions, as well as promoting the Non-Degree and Pre-Degree programs at Suan Dusit University, Trang Campus. Students from Grade 1 to Grade 12 participated in the event, gaining deeper insight into Chinese language and culture through hands-on experiences.
