Faculty of Nursing Translates Operational Results into Actionable Strategies

Asst. Prof. Dr. Pitauk Chancharoen, President of Suan Dusit University, chaired a strategic meeting to translate institutional performance outcomes into concrete implementation for the Faculty of Nursing. The agenda focused on key issues, including strategic concepts and priority action plans toward organizational excellence for 2025 (Retreat 2025); baseline data covering operations, financial management, and human resources; the SDU OKRs Refresh; the performance assessment under the SDU GOAL PLUS 2026 framework; and the allocation of the Strategic Fund for Fiscal Year 2026.The meeting took place on January 6, 2026, at the 5th Floor Conference Room, University Office Building, Suan Dusit University.
