Human Capital Development Center Partners with the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC) to Hold Readiness Activity for Project Proposals Under the Middle-Level Administrator Development Program

Suan Dusit University’s Human Capital Development Center, together with the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC), held a readiness activity for the 12th cohort of its middle-level administrator development curriculum, published August 16, 2026.

Thirty-eight participants took what they’d learned throughout the training and put it to work on real situations — breaking down existing organizational challenges and proposing solutions that actually fit the goals in front of them.

The center made a point of stressing that the exercise wasn’t really about picking up more knowledge. What mattered was turning that knowledge into something that shows up in an organization’s actual results.

Four awards recognized the standout proposals: the Smart Idea Award, the Impact Award, the Powerful Presentation Award, and the Audience Choice Award, with eight prizes going to proposals judged realistic enough to actually implement within participants’ own organizations.
