On Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 09:00-11:00 AM, One World Library at Suan Dusit University organized a learning activity to promote happiness related to One World Library #65 under the theme ‘Taste the Taste,’ featuring hot dishes by Chef Paul. The lecture was given by Arjarn Pong-anan Sirisangphraiwal, an expert in food at the Food Practice Center, School of Home Economics, Suan Dusit University. He shared the history of Thai hot dishes, learning techniques, and insights into Thai cuisine based on his own learning and long-term experiences. Additionally, he brought ‘Som Choon’ from the Thai royal recipe for participants to taste and provided an opportunity for them to chat and exchange ideas at the Monster Inc. activity area on the 1st floor of the ONE WORLD LIBRARY building at Suan Dusit University.
