Research and Development Institute Holds the 1st (2)/2026 Subcommittee Meeting on Driving Research and Innovation at Suan Dusit University

The Research and Development Institute, Suan Dusit University, organized the 1st (2)/2026 meeting of the Subcommittee on Driving Research and Innovation. The meeting was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr.Chanasuek Nichanong, Vice President for Administration, Research, and Innovation.

The meeting was attended by key university executives, including the Director of the Research and Development Institute, deans from various faculties—such as the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Management Science, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences—as well as the School of Tourism and Hospitality, School of Culinary Arts, School of Law and Politics, the Graduate School, and subcommittee members from the Research and Development Institute.

Key agenda items included:
            •           A report on Suan Dusit University receiving a recognition award as a model organization in research and innovation management
            •           A report on the submission of research, inventions, and innovations to the 2025 Kaohsiung International Invention and Design EXPO in Kaohsiung, Taiwan
            •           The announcement that the university’s ASEAN Journal of Education (AJE) has been indexed in the Scopus database
            •           Follow-up discussions on the university’s development direction in alignment with the strategic priorities of each faculty
The meeting was held on February 6, 2026, at the meeting room on the 5th floor of the University Office Building, Suan Dusit University.
