Research and Development Institute Presents SDU Research and Innovation at Thailand Research Expo 2026

The Research and Development Institute, Suan Dusit University, presented the university’s research and innovation at Thailand Research Expo 2026, Booth AL17, from June 22 to 26, 2026, at Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, Bangkok. The second day of the exhibition was held on June 23, 2026.

Assoc.Prof. Dr.Chanasuek Nichanong, Vice President for Management, Research and Innovation, was invited by the National Research Council of Thailand to give a lecture on “Research Design for Area-based Impact” at Lotus Suite 12, 22nd Floor, Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld.

At Booth AL17, the institute presented an exhibition under the concept “Innovation in High-Quality Raw Milk Management from Farm to Value-added Products for a Sustainable Economy” or “SDU Modern Farm Café.”

The featured innovations included extended-shelf-life pasteurized milk, rice bran prebiotic yogurt, mozzarella cheese made from high-quality cow’s milk, and cheddar cheese with other value-added milk products.

These research-based products aimed to improve the quality of raw cow’s milk, increase the value of Thai dairy products, and create sustainable economic opportunities for farmers, entrepreneurs, and communities. Visitors were also able to taste, shop, and learn about innovative dairy and bakery products.
