School of Culinary Arts, Suan Dusit University, Organizes “Culinary Arts Exhibition: Food Innovation and Home Economics for Sustainable Development”

The School of Culinary Arts, Suan Dusit University, organized the “Culinary Arts Exhibition: Food Innovation and Home Economics for Sustainable Development.” The event was officially opened by Dr. Chanchana Siripanwatana, Advisor to the Dean of the School of Culinary Arts.

The program featured a panel discussion on the topic “Advancing Research and Innovation in Food and Home Economics on National and International Platforms,” with distinguished speakers including Dr. Chanchana Siripanwatana, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thita Phoopha, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Natchanok Nukit.

In addition, the event included a student research idea presentation competition in the fields of food and home economics under the theme “Future Food.” A panel of judges evaluated the presentations, followed by an award announcement and prize-giving ceremony at the end of the event.

The exhibition was held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at Hall 2, 2nd Floor, the 50th Anniversary Commemoration of His Majesty the King Building, Science Center, Suan Dusit University.
