School of Law and Politics Organized 7-Year Project: School of Law and Politics Towards Becoming the 5th Identity of Suan Dusit University

The School of Law and Politics organized a 7-year project titled “School of Law and Politics Towards Becoming the 5th Identity of Suan Dusit University.” The event was graced by Professor Dr. Nakharin Mektrairat, President of the Constitutional Court, who delivered a special lecture on “The Development of the School of Law and Politics and the Advancement of Society and Democracy.” Assistant Professor Dr. Pitak Chancharoen, President of Suan Dusit University, gave the opening speech, and Associate Professor Dr. Thanaphat Pachimm, Dean of the School of Law and Politics, outlined the objectives of the event.

Following this, students of the School of Law and Politics performed a stage play titled “Before Becoming the 5th Identity of Suan Dusit University.” The program also included an academic seminar on “Ethical Standards: Conditions and Regulations for Political Office Holders,” featuring esteemed guests such as Mr. Nipit Intarasombat, former politician; Associate Professor Somchai Srisutthiyakorn, academic; and Mr. Parit Wacharasindhu, Member of Parliament. The seminar was moderated by Ms. Krongthong Setthasut, a journalist and news anchor.

The 7-year project “School of Law and Politics Towards Becoming the 5th Identity of Suan Dusit University” took place from October 4-5, 2024, at the Graduate Studio, 5th floor, Chalermprakiat 50th Anniversary Building, Maha Vajiralongkorn (Suan Ruen Ruedi Intersection).
