School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Holds THM Creative Challenge @ Phra Nakhon Living Lab

Asst.Prof. Dr. Pimmada Wichasin, Dean of the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Suan Dusit University, welcomed participants and opened the THM Creative Challenge @ Phra Nakhon project.

The project included a creative field practice activity, or Living Lab, where students worked with local communities. The activity focused on designing tourism experiences and sustainable cultural activities connected to the area.

Dr. Parichat Suntararak, Vice President of the Thai Ecotourism and Adventure Travel Association (TEATA) and Managing Director of Kanzolve Co., Ltd. (Tour Indepth by Paree Travel), gave a talk on carbon footprint and its importance to the tourism and hospitality industry.

Asst.Prof. Dr. Thijisom Panruangphakdee from Thammasat University later shared ideas on the SDGs, sustainable development, and the SDGs2030 Boardgame workshop.

The activity took place on July 7, 2026, at Multipurpose Space (OWL), Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology.
