SDU Airline Students Shine at PHRAE NEXT Event

Students in Suan Dusit University’s Airline Business program, Hua Hin Education Center, got the call to work and perform at “PHRAE NEXT: Local Wisdom to Global,” a five-day event running July 15–19, 2026, at Bull Port Convention Center in Hua Hin, built around pushing Phrae Province’s local heritage onto the global stage.

Most days, you’d find them working the room as emcees, running everything in English so Thai and international guests alike could follow along and feel taken care of — exactly the kind of hospitality and language work their program trains them for. Come showtime, though, the students traded their emcee scripts for something else entirely: modeling in a mini fashion show, dressed in pieces borrowed from local vendors, giving the crowd a look at Thai textile craft and Phrae’s own community-made goods.
