SDU Human Capital Development Center Hosts Training Program for School Administrators (Phase 151) – Day 4
The Human Capital Development Center, Suan Dusit University, organized a training program for teachers and educational personnel prior to their appointment or promotion to the academic ranks of Director and Deputy Director (Phase 151), held from 26–30 August 2025.
On Day 4 (29 August 2025), the program featured distinguished lecturers from Suan Dusit University, who shared their expertise in key areas essential for educational leaders:
- Asst. Prof. Thipsuda Kidlerd, Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Uaaree Chantra, Assistant Director of the same office, delivered a session on IT for Administrators.
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Supsiri Bunpraves, Chair of the Bachelor of Arts Program in Language and Communication, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, presented on Communication for Administrators.
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Parima Winitasatitkul, Faculty of Education, delivered a lecture on Psychology for Administrators.
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jira Jitsupa, Deputy Chair of Professional Teacher Education, Faculty of Education, lectured on Research and Evaluation in the Administrative Dimension.
The training was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Veenus Sakulhom as Head Teacher, and Asst. Prof. Atsada Ploysophon as Class Teacher, supported by group facilitators who provided evaluation and close supervision.
The program took place at Room 202, Human Capital Development Center, Dr. Sirote Pholpuntin Building, Suan Dusit University, ensuring participants gained essential skills for effective educational leadership
