The Home Economics Program, School of Home Economics, Suan Dusit University, Suphanburi Campus, organized a banquet service operations activity for the Alternative Foods and Balanced Diets course. This activity, conducted by second-year students, was part of their learning experience. The event showcased a variety of food items, including Dried Fish with Watermelon, Greek Yogurt Fruit Salad, Meang Lao in Lotus Petal Cups, Rice Noodles in Coconut Milk Curry, Khao Mak Ice Cream, and Cereal Milk Pudding, among others. It took place on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm at the Central Zone Lobby on the 1st floor of the New Learning System Building (SDU Library), Suan Dusit University, Suphanburi Campus.
