Special Affairs Office and Institute of Language, Arts and Culture Award Certificates for “Thai Boxercise SDU” Participants

The Office of Special Affairs, in collaboration with the Institute of Language, Arts and Culture, Suan Dusit University, organized a certificate presentation ceremony for participants who successfully completed the “Thai Boxercise SDU: Preserving the Wai Khru Ritual and Muay Thai Martial Arts for Health” program.

Dr. Sutan Mumdaeng, Director of the Office of Special Affairs, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Khajinut Chaowanapreecha, Director of the Institute of Language, Arts and Culture, jointly presided over the ceremony.

The program was held every Friday on January 9, 16, 23, 30, and February 6, 2026. The ceremony featured traditional forehead marking and the wearing of the Mongkhon headband, conducted by Dr. Pongsak Kongyam, a Muay Thai expert and instructor who provided training to students and staff participants. The event also included a Wai Khru Muay Thai performance by trained students.

The ceremony took place on February 13, 2026, at the Activity Room, 1st Floor, Health and Fitness Center Project, Suan Dusit University.
