Suan Dusit University and East-West Seed Co., Ltd. Explore Strategic Synergy in Economic Seed Varieties and Agri-Tech for FY2026

SUPHAN BURI—On Thursday, January 29, 2026, the Institute of Community Innovation (serving as the Coordination Center for the Plant Genetic Conservation Project under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn—Suan Dusit University) and Homkhajorn Farm convened a high-level strategic meeting with East-West Seed Co., Ltd.

The delegation was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Yuttaya Yuyen, Director of the Institute of Community Innovation, along with her specialized team. The discussion centered on fostering collaborative initiatives for the 2026 fiscal year, specifically focusing on the development of economic seed varieties and the integration of advanced agricultural technologies from East-West Seed into the university’s research and development frameworks.

The session took place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Center of Excellence in Printing and Packaging, Suan Dusit University, Suphan Buri Campus. Both parties explored opportunities to synergize academic expertise with industry-leading innovation to enhance agricultural sustainability and provide value-driven solutions for the community.
