Suan Dusit University Clinches 2025 “Safe Institution” Award from the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare
BANGKOK – On Wednesday, January 28, 2026, Suan Dusit University (SDU) was honored with the 2025 Safe Institution Award from the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare. The prestigious ceremony took place at the Asadang Meeting Room, Ministry of Interior.
Representing the university, Mr. Phassawat Udomsedchai, Director of the Buildings and Grounds Division, formally accepted the award, marking SDU’s seventh consecutive year of recognition. Simultaneously, Dr. Phenphak Phusin, Director of La-or Utit Demonstration School, received the same accolade on behalf of the school, also for the seventh consecutive year.
The delegation included key members of the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Committee: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surachat Sinworn (Secretary), Asst. Prof. Dr. Patinya Sukwong (Assistant Secretary), and Ms. Jenjitra Phuphewfa (Assistant Secretary), alongside the executive team from La-orutis Demonstration School.
Securing this award for seven consecutive years represented a significant milestone for Suan Dusit University. It underscored the institution’s unwavering commitment to elevating operational standards to a global level, ensuring a safe and exemplary environment for all students and personnel.
