Suan Dusit University, Nakhon Nayok Center, Participates in Workshop on National Education Development Strategy and Regional Education Planning
On February 5–6, 2026, the Regional Education Office No. 9 organized a workshop to enhance understanding of the national direction in education development and to build knowledge on driving educational development strategies into practice. The workshop also focused on reviewing the Eastern Region Cluster 2 Education Development Plan (2023–2027) and formulating the Education Action Plan for the Eastern Region Cluster 2 for the fiscal year 2028.
The objectives of the workshop were to:
1. establish mechanisms to drive the National Strategy, education development strategies, and government and Ministry of Education policies into concrete implementation at the regional level through the Eastern Region Cluster 2 Education Development Plan (2023–2027);
2. communicate key policies and strategic directions of the Ministry of Education to regional implementation, including essential aspects of the regional development plan; and
3. promote collaborative and integrated educational development among agencies under the Ministry of Education and other related organizations through provincial and regional education networks.
A total of 83 participants from various educational agencies attended the workshop, including Provincial Education Offices, provincial education networks, the Office of the Private Education Commission, the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education, the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, primary and secondary educational service area offices, and educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Regional Education Office No. 9.
Asst. Prof. Acting Sub Lt. Dr. Mongkolchai Boonkaew, Director of the Nakhon Nayok Education Center, represented Suan Dusit University in attending the workshop, which was held at The Garden 304 Hotel, Si Maha Phot District, Prachin Buri Province.
