Suan Dusit University Partners with Guangxi University of Finance and Economics to Launch Academic Cooperation Center, Elevating Thai-Chinese Relations.

BANGKOK – On December 23, 2025, Suan Dusit University (SDU) hosted the grand opening of the GXUFE-SDU Teaching and Academic Cooperation Center. This landmark initiative was established to bolster academic synergy, joint research efforts, and personnel exchange between Suan Dusit University and Guangxi University of Finance and Economics (GXUFE) from the People’s Republic of China.

The inauguration took place on the 3rd floor of Building 2 at Suan Dusit University, attended by senior executives from both institutions. Asst. Prof. Dr. Pornchanit Kaew-nate, Vice President for Academic and International Affairs at SDU, delivered the keynote address outlining the vision and strategic objectives behind the center’s establishment. Representing GXUFE, Vice President Mr. Zhu Sichang expressed his congratulations and emphasized the profound importance of the academic friendship between the two universities. To commemorate this milestone, Dr. Waranee Vessoontorntep, Vice President for Suphan Buri Campus, and Assoc. Prof. Pacharee Suankaew, Vice President for Student Affairs, presented floral tributes in celebration of the partnership.
