Suan Dusit University, Trang Center, Prepares for “SDU Trang Research & Innovation Showcase” to Highlight Research and Drive Local Economy

On February 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., the Research Support and Development Committee of Suan Dusit University, Trang Center, held a preparatory meeting at DP11 Meeting Room to organize the upcoming project, “SDU Trang Research & Innovation Showcase,” scheduled for February 27, 2026, at Fuengfa Auditorium.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Nuanrat Wattana, Assistant Director of the Trang Center, who served as Vice Chair of the Steering Committee. The session focused on planning and monitoring progress across all operational units to ensure the smooth execution of the event.

The “SDU Trang Research & Innovation Showcase” aims to:
1. Provide a platform for students and faculty members to present research and innovative works to the public
2.Develop students’ academic presentation and creative communication skills
3.Promote knowledge exchange in research among faculty, students, local communities, and entrepreneurs

During the meeting, various committees—including registration and evaluation, protocol, public relations, and venue management—discussed strategies to ensure the event is engaging and maximizes benefits for the local economy and community in Trang, in line with the university’s policy of leveraging research to drive societal development.

The university also invites interested individuals to follow updates on the project and attend the event to experience innovative works by faculty members and students of Suan Dusit University, Trang Center, on the official event day.
