Suan Dusit University, Trang Education Center Transforms Kitchen into a Creative Learning Space with “Valentine’s Activity”

The Academic Affairs and Registration Division, in collaboration with the Foreign Language Development Committee at Suan Dusit University, Trang Education Center, organized a special event to celebrate the season of love, titled “Valentine’s Activity.” The event transformed the Suan Dusit Kitchen into a dynamic learning space for students, staff, and students from Trang Christian School.

This event emphasized Learning Space Utilization, highlighting that the Suan Dusit Kitchen is not only a dining area but also a multifunctional space that promotes life skills, creativity, and social interaction.

The activity featured three special highlights:
            •           Chocolate Workshop: Participants learned how to make two types of chocolate—Pink Chocolate and Dark Chocolate.
            •           Creative Card Crafting: A space for designing Valentine’s cards, allowing participants to practice English language skills alongside artistic creativity.
            •           Movie & Dialogue: A screening of the classic film Notting Hill, followed by discussions to enhance English listening skills and exchange perspectives on love.

This activity reflects the vision of Suan Dusit University, Trang Education Center, in creating an Open Learning Ecosystem, utilizing campus facilities as a bridge between the university and local schools. The initiative aims to provide meaningful out-of-classroom learning experiences while maximizing the use of available resources.
