The project aspires to cultivate Thai chefs and culinary entrepreneurs, propelling Thai cuisine onto the global stage through professional training courses such as the Master Thai Chef Program and the Community Chef Development Program.
Its core mission is to develop “Soft Power Warriors” by enhancing culinary knowledge and skills within Thai families, thereby creating a skilled workforce capable of elevating Thai cuisine worldwide. The project also seeks to strengthen communities, generate income, and promote Thailand’s image internationally through its rich, distinctive, and globally admired food culture.
