The Faculty of Science and Technology Convenes a Planning Meeting to Align Policies and Mobilize Committees for PACCON 2027 Hosting

BANGKOK – On February 2, 2026, the Faculty of Science and Technology convened a strategic meeting at the 5th-floor Conference Room, University Office, to establish the operational framework for the Pure and Applied Chemistry International Conference 2027 (PACCON 2027). Suan Dusit University is set to co-host this prestigious international event alongside the Department of Science Service (DSS) from February 11–13, 2027.

The meeting was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pornchanit Kaew-nate, Vice President for Academic and International Affairs. The primary objectives of the session were to communicate organizational policies and formally designate key responsibilities across various working committees to ensure seamless execution.

The session was attended by executive members and representatives from relevant university departments. This collaborative effort underscored SDU’s readiness to host a world-class scientific forum, fostering international academic exchange and showcasing the university’s leadership in the field of chemistry and applied sciences.
