The School of Culinary Arts, Suan Dusit University, collaborates with the Faculty of Medicine, Vajira Hospital, Navamindradhiraj University, to provide instruction for medical students as part of the anti-aging culinary course
The School of Culinary Arts, in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, Vajira Hospital, Navamindradhiraj University, organized a special instructional session for medical students.
This activity was a component of the course Culinary Arts for Anti-Aging (Course Code 5072660).
The lecturers responsible, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tita Foophaw, Chair of the Nutrition and Culinary Arts for Health and Anti-Aging Program, and Asst. Prof. Chutchanok Boonchai, Chair of the Culinary Arts and Service Technology Program (School of Culinary Arts), served as demonstrators.
They demonstrated the preparation of various grain-based foods and products, including:
· Baked Grains and Rice
· Crispy Rice with Quinoa Topping (Khao Tang Na Tang Quinoa)
· Royal Project Herb Rice Salad (Khao Yum Project Luang)
· Sago Pudding with Corn (Sakoo Piak Khao Pod)
· Avocado Quinoa Salad
The session took place on November 6, 2025, at the Health and Physical Management Center Project, Suan Dusit University.
