The Student Organization of Suan Dusit University, Trang Campus, participates in disaster relief efforts for flood victims in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province
The Student Organization of Suan Dusit University, Trang Campus, organized the “NEWGEN Power Clean-Up for Disaster Victims” event on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 05:00 to 17:00 at the Hat Yai District area, Songkhla Province. The activity aimed to provide assistance and alleviate the suffering of flood victims in the outer areas of Hat Yai District, specifically in Ban Pru Sub-district, Niphat Uthit 1 Road (Sai 1), and the Behind Siam Nakharin community. The campaign focused strongly on volunteer work in the affected areas. Key activities included cleaning homes and public spaces following the receding floodwaters. The event was conducted in collaboration with the Southern Lower Thai Alcohol Control Network. Ms. Yuwasri Awaphak and Mr. Baiyen Sarasee oversaw and advised the operation throughout the execution, ensuring the assistance was provided efficiently and safely. The “NEWGEN Power Clean-Up for Disaster Victims” activity stands as another example reflecting the power of new-generation students to contribute to society, build public consciousness, and establish cooperation with local network partners to genuinely alleviate the hardships faced by the public.
