On September 29, 2025, from 14:00 to 14:45 hrs., the executive delegation of Suan Dusit University paid an official courtesy visit to the Consulate General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Khon Kaen Province.
The delegation consisted of Dr. Thanom Intarakamnerd, Chairman of the Suan Dusit University Council; Assistant Professor Dr.Pitauk Chancharoen, President of Suan Dusit University; Assistant Professor Dr. Pornchanit Kaew-nate, Vice President for Academic and International Affairs; and Acting Sub-Lieutenant Dr. Warathorn Apirat, Director of the Office of the University.
The delegation was warmly received by His Excellency Mr. Dinh Hoang Linh, Consul General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Khon Kaen.
The meeting underscored the mutual interest in fostering cultural collaboration and enhancing the dissemination of knowledge, particularly through the promotion of the book “Uncle Ho Resided in Thailand. (Thai: ลุงโฮ พำนัก ณ ประเทศไทย )” This initiative seeks to strengthen the bonds of friendship and mutual understanding between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Furthermore, the discussion provided an important platform for exploring prospective avenues of academic cooperation and scholarly exchange in the future.
